All of our babies come with:
 
 First Shots, De-worming regimen performed at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks, Health Certificate issued by a licensed Vet, and a written health guarantee. Tails are docked for all breeds. 
Our health guarantee is a standard bill of health warrantying against genetic illnesses--not age related illnesses that may occur down the road.

*Schnauzers are priced by color--anywhere from  $1800 - $3500
 
ALL schnauzers will come as PETS ONLY with no registration paperwork unless specified and approved by me--IF breeding rights/registration is approved by me-there will then be an additional $500 fee for full registration paperwork /breeding rights to be issued in your name via either CKC or AKC depending on the applicable registration of the parents. 

***ALL reserved puppies are required to have their balances paid in full TWO WEEKS prior to pick up date. Any puppy not picked up at 8 weeks old is subject to boarding fees then forfeit of deposits/payments*** 
**All puppy deposits are non refundable-use of this site is considered your acceptance and acknowledgement of that fact**
